Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required for all orders. Special order items require a 50% deposit. This deposit is applied to the rental cost of the order. Equal monthly payments must be made towards balance until balance is paid in full. Final payment is due two weeks prior to the scheduled event. Returned checks will be subject to a $30.00 charge.
Cancellations: Please notify Creative Elegance, Inc. as soon as possible for any cancellations. There will be no refunds under any circumstances. Any unused rentals returned will not receive a refund. Creative Elegance, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and cancel this agreement at any time for any reason.
Damage Waiver: Creative Elegance, Inc. offers all clients an optional 7.5% damage waiver to be applied to any order. The damage waiver protects against burns, holes and tears. The damage waiver does not protect against loss or abuse to linen due to renters neglect. If there is excessive damage, burns, tears or soil age, then a damage / replacement cost would be applied. Damage items remain the property of Creative Elegance, Inc. and are not available for purchase.
Security Deposit/Replacement Charge: A security deposit is required for all orders. The security deposit is determined by Creative Elegance, Inc. Clients who are not charged a security deposit prior to event will still be responsible for any replacement charges. This security deposit will apply towards any items lost, torn burned, not returned, or soiled beyond cleaning. It will also apply to any lost or damaged equipment used for decoration. A replacement cost of 4 times the rental will be charged in addition to the rental charge, you will be notified by Creative Elegance, Inc. within 3 business days following the rental date. It is the client’s responsibility to return shortages to Creative Elegance, Inc. within 24 hours of notification. If linens are not returned, the replacement cost will be charged.
Rental Rules: All candles must be contained. Linens are to be shaken free of all food and decorative items. If linen is wet, please allow to dry before bagging. Bagging linens wet will result with mildew. No staples, tape or glue is to be used on any rental items.
Delivery and Set-up: There is a $50.00 delivery and set-up fee for any orders inside Houston City limits. There will be a greater charge for orders delivered outside Houston City limits. If a late night pickup is required, additional charges will apply. It is the client’s responsibility to inform Creative Elegance, Inc. of equipment location preference. Equipment is not to be moved or relocated from original set up. Creative Elegance, Inc. is not responsible for any accidents due to equipment misuse.
Dye Lots: Dye lots may vary.
I have read this entire contract and agree to all conditions set forth. I hereby authorize Creative Elegance, Inc. to charge me for any costs, expense or charges for rental cancellations, and/or damages to any items rented and/or full replacement value of any items destroyed or not returned to Creative Elegance, Inc.
